If there is open water I will fish when it's in the teens and 20's. I wear insulated Carhart bibs and boots. Even with a vest, I can't imaging staying afloat with waterlogged bibs. Quote

It's things like that that make me wear my life vest all the time. How easily they could have hit their heads etc on the way out of the boat. But fortunately they had their life vests on and things turned out okay for them. Not that my boat will hit that speed but it could happen anytime. 1 Quote
