I've been looking around for an SV spool to fit the CT. Everything I come across only fits the 100 and states specifically not for the CT.Anyone know if they make one for it at all?? If so,could you point me in the right direction? Please and Thank you.

I don't think they make one yet. Could be wrong but I've never seen one

They are building the newly released Tatula SV TWS which is a CT body with a SV spool. I do not think they have released any or the spools to the aftermarket yet.  That reel just became available for only 2 months now.

Yea I've looked at this reel.I'd rather buy an SV spool for 35 bucks and swap out, other than drop another 200 on a reel if I can.

Well that sets that straight the sv spools wont work in a standard or type r  ct bodied reels.  Looks like the Rays /DIY is not a true SV spool only a lighter spool than the original.  Interesting.

Looking at the Ray's spool my guess is it would be a good pitching spool and terrible for longer casting. It's a Megabass honey comb copy I believe, also won't hold much line either

I don' think it is going to happen since they came out with the Tatula SV. Which is an amazing reel by the way.

I wouldn't put the Ray's DIY anywhere near the same category as the SV spool. I have the DIY and its a good spool. The problem is the brake system.

The brakes are nowhere near as good as the brakes on the CT spool, and don't hold a candle to the brakes on the Tatula SV.

It holds less line than the SV as well.

Don't get me wrong it is a decent alternative if you are planning on throwing some lighter lures on it. But I wouldn't put it in the same ball park as the SV.

My comment was directed towards the posters above me that stated there aren't any aftermarket spools available for a CT.

I understand. Just wanted to make sure no one got the impression that the DIY spool is comparable to the SV.
