Congratulations to you both ~

Seems like a fairly challenging time in history to get that done.

Here's to making many happy memories in your new home.

Father’s Day tomorrow and the wife gets a new vehicle, what kind of deal is that? To add insult to injury the first payment is due the day before my birthday. ?

I learned that one within a year - and 30 years later I still keep to it (our 31st anniversary is this coming Wednesday).

Today is special because these are the first fish he's caught that are big enough to eat. His PB bluegill measured 9" and the 2 PB bass measured 13 and 13-1/2". The Spiderman rod that @deaknh03 sent him for Christmas was doubled over with the big bass. Poppa set the hook on all the fish, he hasn't grasped that concept yet but, he did all the casting and reeling.

It's tough work, and not what my degree was in, but learning a lot of stuff I've never done before!

Didn’t get fishing today, but I did get out with the kid for our first paddle on our new river. Saw some nice largemouth in the weeds, a big doe sleeping alongside the river, and checked out a 120 year old family gravesite that’s about 50’ over the other side of our property line on the other side of the river.

The 2 boys that are the reason I get up in the morning. I hope they know how hard I try for them.

Century plant in bloom in my front yard. Another bloomed last year, also with a stalk that shot up over 30 feet in a relatively short time.
