Over the years, the ground feels the same. Getting back up takes a little longer though. Thanks, I would like to keep doing as long as I can, and enjoy it. He's an 'outside' dog and needs the fur #frostbite I'll post a pic after it's 'installed'. The cone is HUGE and He will not be happy either. A-Jay 1 Quote
Super User Jigfishn10 Posted January 29, 2021 Super User Posted January 29, 2021 Ah man that sux @A-Jay. Hope all is well with Tucker. Abby goes tomorrow to have the digit looked at and I believe the bandage comes off, but I think the lamp shade will be part of her beauty for another few days. On a lighter side, I won't be making any tackle purchases for a while, unless the vet will find it in his heart to part with some of the bill...? 1 Quote

Way north bass guy Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Our one cat has absolutely no use at all for the tv, unless there’s a nature program on. Currently, he’s been “carefully observing” a show about songbirds for the last 20 min or so. 7 Quote

Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted January 31, 2021 Global Moderator Posted January 31, 2021 The fun exciting world of sitting on a chunk of ice waiting for a fish ?. I wish I could just hit the trolling motor and move. 5 3 Quote
Way north bass guy Posted January 31, 2021 Posted January 31, 2021 Weather was a decent temp this afternoon for a little ride. Trails are currently closed around here, and there’s not much snow on them anyway, but we did put in an hour or so cruising around the lake behind our house. Not another person around, saw lots of critter tracks and the kid got some driving time in. 3 hours ago, 12poundbass said: The fun exciting world of sitting on a chunk of ice waiting for a fish ?. This time of year it usually has over 18”, so I’m hoping for a super early ice out ?? 3 Quote

I got out of the shower and found her bandage on the floor. “How in the world did she get out?” I’m thinking to myself. The lake we were on there was only 5-6 inches but it’s almost 100 feet deep so it freezes later than most. Most our lakes around here have 9 plus inches of ice on them. Quote
