Took these photo's at the Ironstone Winery a couple years ago during my CA route 49 Gold Country vacation. It's worth the read.

Shot my first deer last night right before sunset.  Considering my lack of experience with a rifle (usually use shotguns for turkey and pheasant) I was pretty pleased with a 200 yard shot.  It fell instantly and for the split second I lost focus on it after my shot it disappeared and I figured it ran off really fast but then I noticed it on the ground.  Now I see the excitement about deer hunting, needless to say I'm hooked!

Some trees at our wildlife refuge were "tagged" by vandals this past week.

Don't think I would want to tangle with an angry eagle.

The local lake stocks trout every spring and the bald eagles hang out in trees overhanging the water, waiting for one to swim by.

you don't realize how big they are until one takes off 10 foot above your head. It definitely gets your attention.

Matching squirrel post caps, very sought after decorations in the winter. It’s hard to find ones that will fit and pair up well together ?

When you're between drives and someone pulls out a sandwich. Suddenly the pheasants aren't so interesting.

Fishing the partially frozen canal today. Lovely to see the sun, seems like it's been a long time!

Was that picture taken after you did your break dance, or before?

I was really kind of just dumbfounded because we weren't even a month into the year and that was the 4th fish over 6lbs I'd caught that year and only the 3rd biggest of the year.

The landscape and faces change, but the tradition is still same. On May 4th, 2013, I returned to my first home away from home, Fort Benning, Georgia, to watch this young man and others receive their Infantry Cord. I became friends with his father and he has, on a weekly basis,  kept me up to date on his son's life as a soldier. I breathed a sigh of relief yesterday when he informed me that his son returned home after spending a year in Afghanistan. I just wanted to share with you my pride in knowing that there are young men and women whose love for country compels them to serve their nation in time of war.

Sergeant Tyler Cox, United States Army.

It's actually going to get a custom Dyno tune from Jeremy at faster proms in Tampa Florida. With only the blower and long tube headers we're expecting around 610hp

We'll see how long that satisfies me before it feels slow again ?
