Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted September 29, 2018 Global Moderator Posted September 29, 2018 Being a guard dog is exhausting! This poor dog has it rough. 3 3 Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted September 30, 2018 Global Moderator Posted September 30, 2018 Little dude almost got me. He was so calm until I grab him, then he went nuts and put a hook through my glove and grazed my thumb, thought he had me for a second. Brand new Fusion19 trebles on that Berkley Drift Walker are no joke. 7 Quote
Harold Scoggins Posted October 1, 2018 Posted October 1, 2018 My wife feeding the deer yesterday at Lake Humphreys, Oklahoma. we must have seen over a hundred deer that have migrated to the lake property (a no hunting area) just ahead of bow season. The deer have been doing this for many years and do not fear humans around the lake. 7 Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted October 1, 2018 Global Moderator Posted October 1, 2018 Tearing around the yard and the house all day is really exhausting apparently. 7 4 Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted October 2, 2018 Global Moderator Posted October 2, 2018 A picture I thought was pretty neat from my trail camera. Not the big buck I was hoping for, but cool nonetheless. 12 1 Quote

Deer have been tearing up my mineral lick, so I know there's plenty back there again this year. 2 4 Quote

Logan S Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 With all the MLF talk, this pic is topical...Our club has actually been doing catch-weigh-release tournaments for certain bodies of water for 2 seasons now, but we retain 5-bass limits. This is me weighing (with my co-angler verifying off camera) what would be the lunker (3-1) of a tournament last weeknd...It was a tough day and I ended up winning with 5 fish for 10-6 . Another bass pic....I've caught a lot of 'important' bass in my life - Some have been personal records, some have won me money, some were important for other reasons. I still remember the first bass I caught on my own. Watching my daughter catch her first bass ever, was up at the top of that list of important fish ...And it was a smallmouth to boot! 13 Quote
kenmitch Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 I doubt you guys can top this one. Was looking at the Lake Perris weather station report to see what the weather was like as I'm going to go test out a new fishing rod from shore. Feast your eyes on this! Guess I looked at the perfect time as the light rain has passed and the image has changed already. 6 Quote

Although I’m kind of torn because I do like a little skiff for a week or so in November ( deer season). Just wish it’d disapear right after that. 1 Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted October 7, 2018 Global Moderator Posted October 7, 2018 This is what a giant pile of ants looks like after you dump a whole can of spray on them when you find the giant mass clinging above a pipe in the garage. I guess they came under the garage door to get out of the rain? Just glad they were found before making their way further into the residence. They're a good 1/2" deep along the wall in the top picture. 4 1 Quote

Tim Kelly Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 Just back from a week in Spain chasing little green fish around in the broiling sun. Fantastic week, pure hedonism, a proper boys week with some great lads. The fishing was difficult most of the time, but we had little flurries of success throughout the week. Luckily I ended our last afternoon with a good flurry, which included this 4-05, which was my best of the week. We all need a little recovery time now to catch up on sleep, give our livers a break and repair broken tackle. There is talk of another trip in June. Aww, go on then. 12 Quote
