I searched the forum but had no luck. I know there is someone out there smarter than me on this subject (thanks in advance). I am trying to find the direct replacement for the BPS Johnny Morris Signature Series Casting rod guides and Tip. I know by searching the forum that they are Fuji New Concept Titanium Guides, but I can't find the specs or sizes needed for this rod. A 7'2" Med Heavy Fast action. I asked Bass Pro but they tell me to "send it in to them for repairs" I'm sure there are others like me that are DIY. Any help on this is very appreciated!!!!!

Thank you. Eric.

Do this the easy way. Go to your local independant tackle shop and ask who does these repairs. The last time I helped a member find a shop out by him, it cost him like $15 to have it done.  I am located in MD and have a terrific rod builder so I always turn to Tom's Custom Rods. If you live anywhere nearby go look him up on the internet.

Blanks very slightly so even if they gave you the intended size, you have to measure the tip. Tops are sold by ring and tube side. Unless it's a micro guide rod the ring size is most likely 6. Tube sizes are 64ths of an inch and sometimes mm. Measure the tip about 1/8 from the end. Order the guide and hot glue adhesive.

Eric, leave repair like this to someone who has all the necessary stuff to make it like new.   Or go to mudhole.com and watch their rod repair, building video.
