Nickthebassman Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 So I just bought the new dobyns champion rod and noticed that there is a little chip in the epoxy that they put around the guide. Was wondering if I should send that back or is it still good to fish since it's not hitting the line? Quote
mwh33 Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 Send a message to Gary or Richard at Dobyns. They will probably replace it for you Quote

Super User fishballer06 Posted April 11, 2017 Super User Posted April 11, 2017 Wouldn't hurt to talk to them, regardless. They may say it's fine and send you something for the imperfection, or they may replace the entire thing for you. Quote
