Did anyone catch what brand jerkbait John Murray was using on Toledo?  The color looked like the brand new duo realis color but I didnt get a good look at shape of it.

Murry is into state of the art Japanese lures. Just looking a still photos on Bassmaster site John was using deep diving crankbaits and jerk baits. We will know soon!

He was alternating rods.  Duo has a brand new 110 in a natural white with chartreuse stripe...looked similar but not sure if lucky craft has similar color.

Murray's other bait was a clown colored Rogue - the old style ones from 25-30 years ago...

Murray's Old Rogue's

That's what I heard from guys who were watching with binoculars.

Absolutely deadly this time of year on Toledo Bend & highly over looked!

So I was just reading about Scott Martin's win on the FLW tour Sunday.  Apparently he was using a Bomber Long A wake bait.  Megabass, Duo Realis forget it about it!!  You need Smithwick Rogues and Bomber Long A's.  What is old is new again ;)

Yah that's probably true but on Day 4 it said his fish started chasing the jerkbait and not committing. That's when he switched to the Bomber.
