hey guys, i sold my boat a couple years ago and i am again in the market for another boat. i was looking at a 2004 nitro nx750 with a mercury 90hp 2 stroke. it has a motorguide 70# trolling motor. it also has a Humminbird 899ci Hd and a  Humminbird 788ci included. the guy is willing to take 5000 for the boat. i have never owned a nitro, does this sound like a fair price?  thanks.

That boat is frequently found with a 115 Merc, so it may be underpowered with a 90.  A boat ride would tell you that.

The price is fair if the condition is decent.  Is a 17 1/2 foot fiberglass big enough for the water you want to fish.

I sent you a pm.

the boat that i sold was a 19 footer. it was nice having the bigger deck, but i mostly fish by myself, so i think a smaller boat would work better for that. the lakes that i fish are a little choppy but they are smaller lakes.
