I read it was custom painted by SK for him.  I'm sure by ICast we will be able to buy them too.

Figures ~

As a KVD fan,  it wouldn't surprise me.

Always a salesman.

It was the same thing I think 2 years ago with bar fish color of his cranks he kept bragging up the color and u could find it nowhere.  The kvd jerks worked pretty good for me last year along side the mega bass. Not sure which one seen more action used the kvd's in no no places I was scared to throw the megas

If they were available, it would be the same situation as with the KVD 1.5 Chartreuese/black back squarebills back in 2011. People were opportunistically cleaning out their local stores and flipping the $5 baits for $20 apiece online after KVD won the Louisiana Delta Bassmaster Classic with them.

Although I do really like the JVD jerkbait (especially the deep one), my interest in this newest 'River Shiner' color was more along the lines of I just wanted to check it out.   The currently convenient available color palate seems to cover my needs well (think yellow perch).

Lastly the present stocks as well as the future projections, of 'River Perch' in the lakes I fish is surprisingly low.

So, I'm good.
