I wanna hear from you guys, what is your ideal rod for throwing keitechs, more specifically the 3.8 and 4.3 size  on weightless and 1/8oz swimbait hooks. Thanks!

I think a 3 power would work well and i throw them on a 743 spinning with a weighted swim bait hook.  I would also consider a 4 power like the 734 champion if you wanted to be able to run a small 1/4 or 3/8th swim jig.  I like mine more powerful than others because missed fish or coming unbuttoned because you did not drive the hook home sucks.  I just learned my lesson again with a superfluke.

7' M Zodias will work..

The zodias is actually the rod I was looking at believe it or not. But when you say the 7' do you mean the glass?

No, not the glass. I have the Med Lt. It's one of the best rods that I own.

A 3.8 FI on a 1/8oz Moaner hook weights in at almost exactly 1/2oz, so a large range of rods should be able to throw it.

My Avid 7' Medium with a fast tip feels like it was made for a keel weighted Keitech. I love that rod for Keitech's.

I throw them on a LTB Teaser, 7' MF rod.

I throw them on a 6'8" MF Cumara spinning rod.
