We have a place locally that actually imports water from Brooklyn, and it's pretty close. Apparently the soft water found there is secret to the crust. I will say, I love a deep dish, Chicago style pizza. But that is not really a pizza, in my eyes. Call me a purest...or a hypccrite, if you want. And yes, I also have been known to hit the Pizza Hut buffet. Blasphemer 1 Quote

I have yet to find a real pizza outside the four burroughs. Our local pizza place is owned by a relocated Long Islander so it's as close as I can get. I also hit the local Pizza Hut buffet so I am a hippy critter as well. 2 Quote
