Jig Hook Help

I have been looking for a small xxx jig hook. I want to make a jig the size of the strike King bitsy flip jig. 

if you guys know of a hook that fits this bill let me know. And a mold for the hook as well.

I use the Do-It Snootie Jig mold. It Goes down to an 1/8 oz jig and uses a 1/0 Mustad 32786 hook. Need more info PM me.
