offsidewing Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 What are the differences between the New Steez A TW and the Steez SV TW besides the spool? Quote

Weight, the amount of bearings. 5.6oz compared to 6.7oz. And 9 bearings for the Steez A TW, the Steez SV TW has 13. Quote

The way the brake dial is fixed? I love the easy open switch opposed to the brake dial screw. Much better than the T3 push button deal. Quote
Super User Angry John Posted March 11, 2017 Super User Posted March 11, 2017 I just dont like the look. There are a lot of very good looking reels out there and the open look to the side plate does nothing for me. To be fair i like the oldest version look the best, the ex did nothing for me and this version looks the worst. Some people might really dig the look so i dont hate on others that do. Quote
LuckyHandsINC. Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 As far as I'm concerned the only reason to get the A over the standard Steez would be if you wanted to use it in saltwater. I plan on getting a t-wing Steez at some point and it will 100% not be the A. 1 Quote

freelancer27 Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 What are the thoughts on the Alu Steez at this point? I am considering one but would like to know what owners think of it. Thanks! Quote
