I'm curious to know what people think are the legendary bodies of water for bass fishing.  Those lakes or rivers where you just gotta' fish them once in your lifetime.  What would be that one body of water that is on your bucket list to fish?

Too many to list! I'll stick to my neck of the woods and say Dale Hollow. When I grew up as a kid in Southwest Ohio, that was the lake everybody talked about going to.

The St John's river and Rodman reservoir in N central FL.

There is a less well known lake that has a local reputation for monster fish.

Kingsley lake, at Camp blanding.

I've fished these^^

I would  like to fish Okeechobee and toho.

And at least once,go up north

(Tennessee)??? And catch some small mouth.Dale hollow??

Just some of the ones that I would love to fish at some point in my life: Mille Lacs, Sturgeon Bay, Chequamegon Bay, Lake Champlain, Lake Ocochobee, Lake St. Clair, Lake Erie. Just a few off the top of my head

When my son was younger we traveled every year on spring break to a new destination. Now, not so much. I have fished Table Rock, Bull Shoals, KY Lake many times, Guntersville many times, Santee Cooper, Lake Toho and I've fished Sturgeon Bay for 40 years. Still on my bucket list: Lake Dardenelle, Toledo Bend, Pickwick, and St Clair

Dale Hollow would have been on my list as well - 60+ year Smallmouth record kind of puts that in the "legendary" category.

Toledo Bend, Tablerock, Guntersville, KY, Okeechobee, and the Ca delta, clear lake and lake berryessa... I guess that's my bucket list more than legendary, but some qualify in my opinion

Clear Lake, St. Clair, Erie, Toledo Bend, Falcon, Guntersville, Okeechobee, St. John's River, Kentucky Lake, and Oneida are some I'd like to fish.

A few that I've fished that are legendary or at least well known; Table Rock, Lake of the Ozarks, Bull Shoals, Beaver Lake, and Grand Lake.

Top 5 would be Okeechobee, Toledo bend, Lake Fork, Erie, Toho

Reelfoot was tops  on my must see list and about ten years ago I  spent several days there .It was some of the worse  bass fishing I ever had .Only  one  keeper bass  was caught .

I spent a few hours on Eufala and would like to spend a week there .
