Can't go wrong with costa del mar. A little out of your price range but you can customize frames and lenses. I have two pair. One with blue mirror lense which I use in open water and  down the shore. I also have the green mirror which is great in shallow water.

I wear Costas also. I have 2 pair for fishing copper and green mirror. There are some sale websites that you can get Costas for around $100.

I personally use Oakley just because they are so dang comfortable for me.  You can find polarized Oakley's for less than a hundred if you look hard enough.

I wear glasses  and buy inexpensive spring loaded  clip ons . I like the brown lens ones foe everyday use and fishing  .   Make sure there is space between the sun glasses and regular glasses or the scrips will eventually get scratched up . Be careful putting them on and off .

Cocoons are the fit over type.  I like the frame on them, they really keep the sun out. I had my lenses changed to my prescription.I have been using them for years. The Lenses have been changed twice. I am in the process of having Cataract Surgery(2nd eye on the 28th). The doctor told me I'll probley need reading glasses so I am waiting to see what I am going to do. I have purchased 2 pair Of Cocoons from Tackle Warehouse for $49.95 each. I have used Amber & Gray  lenses for years so this time I changed from Gray to Blue Mirror/Black Frame but stayed with the Amber/Black Frame. If it ends up I just need reading glasses I will save several hundred dollars as long I can see to tie knots. If I was only getting one pair it would be Amber.

BassPro has them cocoon glass over type in store. At least at the store I have near me they do. They have an entire rack of them.

But if you want some regular sunglasses I highly recommend the Strike King S11 Okeechobee glasses with the Green Tint. I am very happy with them. I have a pair of Wiley X glasses and the SK's at less than half the price perform just as good.

If you wear glasses - there isn't any substitute for prescription polarized lenses.  I've tried the Fit over styles (seems to me there are a few different brands, of varying quality) and maybe it is just me, but they all seemed like unnecessary extra weight.   I've worn glasses since college and since I've been old enough to buy my own stuff I've always had polarized prescription sunglasses.  They ain't cheap -as I recall $500 more or less.  (When I get new glasses, I always get 2 pairs - reg & sunglasses.  When I get the bill for the new glasses, with all the deductions from my vision plan at work are applied, the revised total is around $500.  I'm glad I don't have to do it very often)

I have the photo gray lenses now on my regular glasses, and when I'm outside doing stuff and going in & out of buildings, cars , etc, they work ok but they aren't a substitute for the darker polarized lenses.  I like the very darkest grey that I can get.

Costas will porize your wallet. :D

I generally just go and get $25 glasses from DSG, Gander, or other outdoor place.  So long as they're polarized, you be fine.

I have a 30 dollar pair of Strike King blue lenses.I love them.Wish I started wearing sunglasses sooner.I'm personally terrible with stuff like this,I don't even know where my prescription glasses are.If I still have them at the end of the year in getting a pair of Costas.

I can tell you, that prescrption glasses are the best way to go. Ive had the fit over type, and after wearing them for awhile the extra weight just isnt worth it. Also im one of those who wear a hat all the time. With the hat on and fit overs, they just dont fit very well. When its 95 degrees out. Between the heat and weight,it will drive ya nuts.My last pair of script glasses cost me 150.00, and it was money well spent :)

The clip-ons are unnoticeable and they make them to fit about any frames . The problem I had with owning  a pair of subscription  sunglasses , is I had to carry two pairs of glasses often . I'm going to sneak in a big bass picture  , but these are clip-ons .
