I have a tatula tactical 8.3. line is from last season, 20 lb seagaur. Has some memory on to it,  but I have hit it with I've juice. Reel is fine when I'm reeling it, but just pitching around in my room it is was making a clanking noise when Line is coming off the spool. Idk if it's just the line or something else? Thanks

hard telling. id take it apart and clean it up and see if that does anything. take the spool out and check where the it sits on each side of the reel. youtube has some good reel cleaning videos. if youre not comfortable taking it apart id take it somewhere to be checked out.

Is the spool tension too loose? The spool might make a noise if it's flopping from side to side in the frame. Tighten the spool tension knob until the side to side play has just gone.

I just broke it down for full service, along with 3 other tats. They all work fine .And I checked the spook tensioner.  if I didn't assemble correct, any ideas what to check?

The cap holding line pawl may be loose. Engage the reel turn it over, the black knob that takes a flat head. Check that. If it is don't over tighten as it is plastic and can easily strip.
