What're your favorite football jig colors? And what size do you usually fish?

I have started making a brown craw color with a hint of red that I really like. I usually use 1/2 to 3/4 since I only throw footballs deep.

Honestly I only have 3 colors of jigs. Green, black and brown. To me a jig is just the delivery system for the trailer. Color doesn't matter as much as weight.

I aware of that. I meant theses colors in the football head style which seiburt gives you the option of what style head you want.

I fish a lot of very clear lakes and ponds, so it's usually a brown or green pumpkin and sometimes black n blue. Sieberts has a black and green pumpkin skirt that I'm looking forward to fishing. Sizes are anywhere from 3/8 to 1 oz.

I guess you can make a pretty good argument for red/black in the morning, but for the second half of the day you definitely want blue/white/red tied on!  The last cast could net you a lunker :D
