It will work the 7' H/F weighs 3.9ounces

Okuma Helios has a 7'6" H/F if the extra length isnt an issue, the weight is only 4.2ounces and at walmart its $134

On site under ACTUAL COLOR choose Multi color then under CLOTHING SIZE pick the 7'6"1H

I have a 7' M/F and 7' MH/F they are very nice rods.

You beat me posting the weight.  Crusty you will like the light weight of this rod.  I have a couple 7' Mediums.  Naturally I had to put a Helios Air on the first one.  Love how light the combo is.  Don't know whether I should put another Helios Air on the second or go with a Primmus Xi HS at .2 oz. heavier.  I don't mind fishing heavier rods and reels, but have to admit these feather light combos sure bring a smile.

I have this rod and find it ok, not my best contact rod.  Yes, it is stupid light, but my Powell's are better for contact lures.  Too be honest, I find this rod for me for small square bill crankbaits.
