I've finally nearly completed my single hook replacement project. These are all Owner size 1 and 2 "treble replacement" hooks. I think I'll order a pack of 1/0's and up-size some of these(and be able to finish the devils horse in the box), but I'm pretty happy with how they turned out so far. The only exception to my madness is the LC Sammy, I just don't think I can mess around with a lure that cost that much.

I couldn't agree with your effort more. I've converted most of my arsenal to single Siwash hooks. And, I've also crimped down on the barbs as well. Have not noticed any difference in my landing ratio. And they certainly reduce harm to the fish and the fisherman. Here's one of my most successful smallmouth and lake trout lures:

For those of you that are fishing with single hooks like that, Are you seeing any difference in how weedless the baits are? Meaning, are they more, less, or about the same when it comes to getting hung up on wood, etc.?

They look really good. I have replaced several of my lipless crankbaits to single hooks. Let us know how you do.
