jr231 Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 It happens quick. Short and sweet. This is why I love bass. Kind of reminds me of a buddy of mine... Not picky. 11 Quote

bagofdonuts Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Cool. That's not even that big of a bass. 1 Quote
jr231 Posted January 17, 2017 Author Posted January 17, 2017 I was thinking maybe 4-5 lbs. Hard to tell really. Quote
VAHunter Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 That's awesome. I caught a bass last year the regurgitated a muskrat in my live well. That was a first for me. 2 Quote
razor6570 Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Never saw that before. That is awesome! 1 Quote
davecon Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Cool ! I have bass fished all my life - 65 years but now fish for snook more often. An example of why is on a video you can google showing a snook trying to eat a 5 lb. bass. It's pretty neat. 3 Quote
Super User NYWayfarer Posted January 17, 2017 Super User Posted January 17, 2017 Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water... If Bass grew any bigger I would stop swimming in lakes. 3 Quote
Scarborough817 Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 that fish is probably only 3 or 4 lbs 2 Quote
Super User geo g Posted January 18, 2017 Super User Posted January 18, 2017 I have personally seen a baby duck taken by a big bass in a neighborhood lake. The mother had 6 baby ducks when I first saw her. Two weeks later she only had two left. I'm sure some big bass find an easy meal with a baby duck. 1 Quote

wdp Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 I've never seen a bass eat a duckling live, only in videos. But I have seen bass try to eat a few water moccasins. And not just little ones, like 4 footers! ? 1 Quote

Wannabe bass angler Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Since we're talking about fish eating videos, how about fish eaten videos? My wife recorded a Cormorant sucking down a 6-8" catfish. I guess the eating part isn't much, but getting it on her cell phone was pretty cool! 1 Quote
Super User gim Posted January 19, 2017 Super User Posted January 19, 2017 I've seen a red tail hawk take out a stray cat. Made my day. 4 Quote
