Seems like changing blades might have less effect since the arms make a lot of the action, I may be wrong about this tho. @A-Jay how is the skirt setup on the megastrike spinner? Without having one in hand I can't tell, can the skirts be changed with regular collar skirts? Quote

When looking at the bait without a skirt (pic below) the space (indentation) closest to the hinge is where the shirt should be positioned. Skirt replacements are simply a matter of removing the old & sliding on the new, not unlike most baits with this design (hinge not with standing of course). The replacement operation can effectively be improved with the addition of a little saliva or even better Megastrike, to promote an easy slide - it's a desirably snug fit. A-Jay 1 Quote

A-Jay I replace original skirts with Lumaflex on all spinnerbaits, including the StrikeBack, without any issues. 2 Quote
Stingray23 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 My favorites are War Eagle, SK burners and Revenge. I will try some Nichols this season too. Quote
riverbasser Posted January 15, 2017 Author Posted January 15, 2017 Oh BTW @A-Jay after watching your video I will now have to read all your post with that accent haha 11 minutes ago, roadwarrior said: I replace original skirts with Lumaflex on all spinnerbaits, including the StrikeBack, without any issues. What are the advantages of lumaflex? I like the EZ skirts that are used on some swim jigs, not just for ease of changing but they seem to flare more than others. Been digging the crappie colored ones lately around docks and offshore. 1 Quote
