I'm going with KVD.  I lived in Palatka, FL back in the 90s and my ex was the manger at Crystal Cove.  I ended up running a camera boat for a BASS tournament there and we were assigned to filming KVD.  He was just getting started as a professional and was already amazing. There is absolutely no wasted motion when he fishes. If they ever invent a fishing machine it will have KVD stamped on it.

I like Scott Martin, he seems like a good guy. He'd sell his soul for a dollar but he's a very engaging personality and his YouTube channel is fun. I had the chance to meet him at an expo last year.

HOWEVER, Kevin VanDam exemplifies the classiest attitude and demeanor you'll ever see among professional fisherman - hands down. The professionalism he displays is next level, and he's a competitor down to the bone. Nothing but props for KVD. GOAT in my book.

If I wanted to learn about a lake and enjoy a fun day of fishing, I'd pick Scott. If I was in a tournament, KVD all day.
