Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted March 6, 2021 Global Moderator Posted March 6, 2021 I think I’ve reached a mid - mid life crisis. I grew up on rap music then did a 180 and switched to country. Thanks to YouTube I found Ryan Upchurch. Not sure how that happened but it did and I’m starting to like his music especially after doing some research on him. You might recognize a guy in the video. He recently backtracked on the video because of a certain symbol (a sale out in my eyes but that’s my opinion) but either way Ryan Upchurch’s music has cought my attention and I’m a follower. Like the music or not he’s a complete Guinness and I applaud him. Quote

RIP Sandy gray I’m only about 20 min away from the Mushquash river. Funny you mention me working on a logging crew, I’ve never done that, but my grandfather was a teamster working with the horses in the lumber camps back in the 40s. I heard some great stories about those days. He used to run a two horse team with a tanker sleigh that they used to flood the ice at night on the lakes, to build up the thickness to support the weight of the massive logs. He said there was several nights it was below -50C, and they had to stop working because the horses noses were freezing up and they couldn’t breath. 1 Quote

He's a fantastic guitar player and the rest to the band are all masters as well. Quote
