Dirt, dust, plaster, paint spots and sorts of mess, fortunately we spent Xmas eve at my MIL's home, don't ask me but I had this wonderful idea of having the house painted on the exterior .......  and it ain't over yet, maybe the job will be finished next week.

A Spro Fat John 60 in Citrus Shad color.

A Bandit 100 in Chartreuse w/ Blue back.

And a Rapala F-7 in Gold Fluorescent red color.

Santa brought happiness and joy to my kids..................I'm all set.

 

My wife and I buy what ever we want for ourselves the other 11 months of the year. Christmas is for the kids around here.

 

We get each other something small in the name of the kids, and that's good enough for me.

They do need to make some changes. At least they seem to have figured out an offensive line that works.

I got a new fishing buddy. An eight week old Golden Doodle named Dolly. Once spring comes we are going to be spending a lot of time floating down the river. Until then I'm going to try to keep my daughters from spoiling her silly.

Still could use a little work, but you are right, they certainly have improved in that spot. Lol enough with the off topic though. I got a few fishing lures and a really nice LA Police Gear for my truck. I also got a Rapala Digital scale, which will Bernice to finally have a good weight estimate! I also took some gift cards and cleaned house at the Academy in Orange Park, Florida. They were having a clearance and I got 9 baits, including a Booyah One Knocker, Spro Bronzeye Shad, Live Target Sunfish, Bagley B1, Storm Arashi, Rat-L-Trap, Xcalibur XR50, and a H2O Express CRM, for 33.90 after tax.

One of my kids got me some Zoom lizards, flukes and finess worms. You can never go wrong with those. And he's a college student. Works parking cars on the weekends. Very proud of him. The rest other nice things for me and the wife.  Great day all around.

Got a few decent things from Santa. This is mostly stuff I picked up over the last month, then wrapped & told the wife.... look what you got me for Christmas. Lol.

 

P.S. The Bob's Butt Wipes were from my fishing buddy. I think he really bought those for himself for the next time we're on the water & he feels the need to pay his taxes. ????

I got incredibly spoiled this year...to the point that I feel guilty.  I think I'm too old to have anyone get me Christmas gifts and have to plead every year for them not to do so.  I always lose the fight...My parents got my girlfriend and I a new 4K tv and sound bar (which is currently in "our" mancave) and a $50 TW gift card just for me.  My girlfriend's parents got me some nice clothes, another $50 TW giftcard, an xbox game and subscription to xbox live, and a big bottle of crown royal.  

 

My wonderful girlfriend takes the cake though.  She got me a LIFETIME fishing license for New York!  We live in VA now but I can still claim resident status in NY because I have a valid driver's license there. We're both from there and it's where I do most of my fishing.  This would've been my last year to get it since I'll be a fully fledged Virginian pretty soon.  I think she's a keeper!
