I've been fishing Lewis Smith lake lately with little to no success. Does anyone has any tips for fishing Smith lake this time of year? I've tried fishing everything from small swimbaits just covering water to isolated brush piles.

While I have never been there, I would definitely try looking for schools of bass chasing bait and vertical jig spoons or blades in them.
