Hi gys, I was wondering if any one likes wavw worms as much as GYCB.

I think that wave worms come in better colors and stiles than the yamamoto senkos and they are more durable in my oppinion.

jut wondering what you guys think.

THANKS!!!!

They both work.  I will say that when I fish coontail nothing seems to draw a strike like the watermelon chartreuse swirl Tiki Sticks.

I'll drink to that :) (I too like watermelon chartreuse swirl)

I use both stick worms and can't honestly say that one worm is always better than the other.

HOWEVER, three things about the wave worm tiki stick are "always" better than the senko.

Tiki sticks are more reasonably priced, they hold-up longer and they offer colors that I much prefer.

My friend and I did an unofficial experiment with the Wave Worm Tiki Stick and the GYCB Senko. We fished a weed bed for about two hours. He was using a GYCB Senko in dark green (I don't know the actual color name) and I was fishing a Wave Work tiki stick in watermelon (almost the same color green as my friends senko). In the two hours, we both caught 10 fish. He used 5 GYCB senkos in that hour and I caught all 10 of my fish on 1 Wave Worm Tiki Stick. It seems to me that both lures are effective at catching fish and it is dependant on you confident level with that bait. I am confident with the Tiki Stick and my buddy is confident with the Senko. We had that same result, but if we switched, maybe we wouldn't have caught as many fish.

Excellent Point!

Oddly enough, that rationale may be thought of as 'outside the box'.

I personally like Tiki sticks, but the 12 year old in the family loves the senkos.  I personally think that they are really close, but my tiki sticks are much more durable!  I keep my worm almost every single time, until it gets shredded and gets to the point that it doesnt work anymore...  Usually 5-10 fish.  :)  I call those my lucky worms!  :)
