I have a super spook jr. that has developed a crack just above the line tie. I am thinking on trying to repair it but not sure if I should just use crazy glue or devcon 2 ton epoxy.

Any advice would be great.

I've attempted to repair both a SS Jr and a Super Spook, both of which cracked above the line tie. For some reason, super glue sealed the cracked area, but the body began separating along the seam above the repair.  I don't know if there was some interaction between it and whatever glue was used when making them.  I ended up using rod building two part epoxy finish on the entire lure. No more leaking.

I'd try fingernail polish sealer, just don't let your wife see you using hers.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will try the epoxy route as that is what I have on hand.

Give it a while before you start to work on your baits. Judging from your location, you have a few months ahead of you that you may need to have fishing stuff to work on in order to keep you sane! :skiing-086:
