Bummer, mine swims perfectly. I bring it to a weed edge and swim it into the open water and just expect it to get slammed as good as it swims. I also love the way the hooks detach and rotate away from the body. All of the fish I've brought in on it had the hooks facing 180 degrees away from the body of the mouse.

In case you haven't figured it out, yet.......they are all good.  I love the Scumfrogs.  They also happen to be the cheapest of all the ones listed..BUT,,,,,,I also throw Booyah AND LiveTarget.  Find the ones you like and throw them.  They all have subtle differences and you'll find the ones you like for your applications.  Example......the Scumfrogs are best in HEAVY muck.  They are not a good finesse frog.  They are big and bulky but that makes them great in the muck.  Plus, they land with a *SPLAT* sound that really brings em in.  Most of the time, I will throw onto some matted muck..let it splat down and let it sit for a bit.  Then twitch it.  9 times out of ten, that's when it gets slammed.  I have also found the Scums to be very durable.  You'll lose the eyes quickly but it doesn't matter.  I buy a bunch of them only because I lose them to stumps and such.  I think in all the years I've thrown them, I absolutely worn out exactly 2 of them.

I WOULD STAY AWAY from the BPS Kermy Frogs.  They are garbage.

Anyone try the Savage Gear Frog?

Yes, they get smashed, but you have to bend the hooks or you'll never hook one. They're a very nice frog though and I'm looking forward to the popping version.
