Super User Catt Posted June 3, 2007 Super User Posted June 3, 2007 Mustad 3/0 Straight Shank Denny Brauer Flipping Hook Quote
BassFishingMachine Posted June 3, 2007 Author Posted June 3, 2007 1/0 and 2/0 are a bit small no? I usually use them for 4inch worms. You sure I'll get a good hook-up ratio using these? Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted June 3, 2007 Super User Posted June 3, 2007 I use Gamakatsu or X-Point 4/0 EWG Offset Worm Hooks for most soft plastics, including the GYCB Kut Tail. Quote
JigNBig Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Yep, light wire hooks work better for me when fishing thinner style worms. Try a a 2/0 offset gammy or mustad even though there not the sharpest things made. Quote
The_Natural Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 I use a 4/0 Superline EWG. I think some of you are thinking the 6.5" Kut Tail is just like a 4" or 5" Kut Tail, only longer, but the 6.5" Kut Tail is huge! They have the diameter of a 5" Senko. Quote
