Try the Bruiser Baits Evil Twin tail on the back of a KVD Rattlin swim jig. That setup gets smashed consistently for me.

At 2.99. I will give them a try. Just threw em In the cart. June bug.

The kalins grubs are awesome, doesn't take much to get the tail moving and they are both soft and durable. The 5" seems to be the right length for a lot of swim jigs.

I have luck with em just on a jighead too! It's one of my "panic baits"

I would have to say that my number one bait for 2016 would have to be a Ned Rig. I used a BPS 3" Stik-O (California Craw) with a BPS 1/16 oz. Shroom Head. Fall of 2016 was PHENOMENAL with that rig. I plan to use it more in 2017 but the Berkley Havoc Flat Dawg on a Wacky Rig so far has been very good to me; could be my top bait for 2017.....we'll see.
