Personally I think there are better reels for $100.  For $100 I would rather have a Daiwa Tatula.  If you want a link to $100 Tatulas send me a PM.

Why would you rather have a Daiwa Tatula and where can you find it for $100? I would consider the Daiwa Tatula CT 100H or 100HS.

Any other recommendations in the $100 range?

I am looking for an aluminum frame, I prefer centrifugal to magnetic, I would like to be able to cast a 1/4oz lure with ease.

The Abu Garcia Orra2SX is highly rated and the Okuma Cerros comes with a 1 year warranty. Both are aluminum frame and supposedly have good to great free-spool. What do you recommend in the $100 range?

I can vouch for the okuma. Great reel.

I have that tatula i bought for $100. Its a great reel but just feels like a $100 reel. I guess i was expecting more. I prefer my casitas or my energy pt over it. And my cerros.
