I like Brown with a splash of Red and Orange for river smallies and a Black & Blue combo for largemouth.

I like jigs with any variety of black, green and/or brown (including pumpkins, ambers, whiskeys, watermelons, etc), sometimes with with highlights of purple, orange, and/or chartreuse.  Oddly, I don't have nearly as much success with black/blue as most people.

Whatever one they're eating.

I guess if this is a gun to your head you have to make a decision, plain black catches fish everywhere under all situations.

black and blue even in water with decent visibility has been a great producer for me when they're biting it.

I use to buy jigs a dozen a card and still have some of those guys . Colors were limited    black , brown living rubber with a hint of color   . They were inexpensive and buying a couple of cards was no big deal , twenty dollars would cover it .I get sticker shock when I see todays jig prices but the   skirts are   much  prettier .  I have   replaced skirts using those good looking silicone ones but have not seen an increase in success, maybe due to the low water visibility in the places I fish .
