Rem-Oil (available nearly everywhere) and Phil Wood for grease.  Phil Wood grease is available at bike shops, the stuff is amazing thick enough to stick well, but not so thick as to slow things up.  Trust me, if you don't like it, I will personally reimburse you, that's how awesome the stuff is.

For general purposes, I use Shimano Bantam Oil, and either Cal's or Shimano star grease.  If I need a lighter grease, I Cal's Purple Light grease.  This is for any brand reel.

Any reel grease and oil will do really.  I just started using Superlube this Summer after all the negatives on the forum regarding Quantum Hot Sauce.  They broke me down :)  I like it and its everywhere.

Shimano grease and boca bearing oil for me. Really like the applicator for the boca oil much bettter than the tubes with a rubber cap.

TSI 321 for spool bearings, anti-reverse bearing and levelwind

90wt gear oil for frame and handle bearings

Cals or Shimano grease for drag washers and gears.
