Cost is the main reason I get the yum dingers. The GY senkos are my favorite brand because the fish love em.But their too bad expensive and tear up too quickly.

Usual suspects...heavy dose of Rage Tail, mostly.

However, I spent a fair amount of time working on my finesse game.  Thanks, in large part, to Charlie Brewer.  He's known for his heads and his techniques, but his smallish selection of 'bass' plastics are winners.

Anglers Choice Wart Hawg cut in half and rigged Ned style, thinner profile and of course a 1/2 Zinkerz. Anglers Choice Killshot on a slider jig or finesse swim jig.

Of course a tube crushed it yet again, sometimes the tried and true is still #1.

Berkley 10 inch Power worm (ribbon tail) in either red shad or Tequila Sunrise 5/0 EWG Gamakatsu, weights vary from day to day and depth needs.

Zoom Finesse worm in motor oil/ chart. tail T-rigged on a Daiichi offset 1/0 worm hook (1/16 or 1/8 Oz)

Various Senkos and Dingers 5" wacky rigged weightless.

Tried the Zoom Baby brush hog this year and was a little disappointed. Going to chunk it out some more next year and try it Carolina rigged. I hear good things about it but It hasn't come through for yet.

OOH YEAH! I almost forgot! We had an awesome year with Stanley Ribbit frogs. We rigged em on the heavy weight Owner 5/0 EWG hooks. Tried the double take hooks by Ribbit but had too many losses.

My Walmart has senkos for 6.36 a pack. Is no one else getting this deal?

My Walmart is cheaper like that too, but it is normally because there are less senkos per bag. Make sure to check that before you stock up.

Every Walmart I've been to sells senkos for that price. But they usually only have 3 or 4 colors. And they are all dark green. (In my area).  And I haven't seen them offer the 4" or 6" versions either... every pack of GY senkos I've seen had ten in them.. the dingers come with 7 I believe.
