Just keep fishing. Do that and Culprit (or name another) will become your GoTo worm some magic day. The magic isn't in the brand name.

 I would say the name brand has something to do with it but, Mostly color and type and size of the plastics does matter most. Like Paul said just keep fishing you'll learn what's best.

I fish mine on a weighted texas rig. I usually use a 1/8-1/4 bullet weight. I fish it how you would stroke a jig. And when I get to the top of my stroke, I give it a pop. If you feel a pop or any extra weight set the hook!
