how should I use the rods I have and what do I need to buy next

Hello, I just got back into fishing and currently have 3 baitcasters and 1 spinning rod. Im looking to see what people think of my current gear and what I should replace or add to the collection in order to allow me to have any type of bait ready to go whille fishing. 

I fish for smallmouth and largemouth

I have 1 shimano compre rod medium power fast action 7ft with a 5.4:1 johnny morris signature series 

1 st.croix triumph medium power fast action 7ft with a 6.3:1 johnny morris signature series ( different year as first one) 

1 st.croix triumph medium power fast action 6'6" with a shimano saharra (spinning rod and reel) 

1 st.croix mojo bass heavy power fast action 7'4" with a 7.1:1 Abu Garcia Revo SX 

I'm a firm believer in paying a little extra for better quality but like to keep things around $200-$350 for stuff. 

Just wondering what techniques I should use each for or wether I should do something like switch out one of the 7ft baitcaster rods for something else

also thinking about really getting a new spinning rod.... I usually use the spinning for senko wacky rigs or finesse jigs and jerkbaits( i know thats a big debate) 

any advice would be great

I would swap that 7' medium for a 7' medium-heavy. That's a perfect all around rod for like Texas rig, light jigs, and Carolina rigging. That's just my .02

Those are good but you need 3 more G Loomis NRX spinning and baitcast rods just because

Welcome aboard!

As for spinning, techniques you mentioned 
will work great, as will Mojo rigging, drop shot,
and so on. I use spinning for most techniques
now, which for me, is mostly soft plastics like
wacky, TX, mojo, drop, and some hard lure
uses.

I don't do as much casting anymore, so will let
others bring their experience to your comment.

Not knowing ANYTHING about you, where you live, or how you fish, I could never suggest anything for you to buy. What would you like to do, that you can't do, with what you already have?

im just looking to basically have a rod to meet any application so i can just tie my lures and go without having to constantly retie in the boat on the way to a new spot

I'd get a medium heavy fast or extra fast rod around 7ft for Texas rigs and jigs and get a faster reel for it and the compre rod. Then get a cranking rod around 7ft and put the low gear reel on your first rod listed onto it instead. Then you have your heavy rod, a medium heavy rod for single hooks, a crank bait and treble hook rod, a spinning combo for finesse stuff, and then you still have two medium power rods to use for whatever holes need filled. Personally I'd use the stiffer of the two for light bottom contact and the other for top water and smaller spinnerbaits and reaction baits

Actually, if you are asking for advice on how to use what you already have, I would forget the "what to buy next " part of the question. Concentrate on learning to use what you already have for now. You'll get a lot of great advice on here.
