Good luck with depth map. The lake has been overgrown for many years. They did drop several truckloads of lime in a couple of years ago.

Did not help much.  I have been there many times in the 20 years I have lived in Pensacola, never caught a fish.

Every once in awhile, I would go up there, bored on the weekend. Bring my tackle box, and cast for hours, threw everything. Even brought my jon boat a couple of times. Nothing. They say the lake is managed, but that word is relative to anything other than fish managed.

Good luck.

*** heading north on 29, you are better off fishing Pine Barren creek.
