Storming hornet spinners???

Anybody use these jighead spinner??  If so, what is the best ways to fish them.  I bought a couple and was wondering what is the best way to work them and what type of cover do you fish them in?  Do you fish them like a spinnerbait.

These are best when bass are on or close to the bottom.  The underspin allows the bass to see the flash overhead.  Just like a spinnerbait, you have to figure out how the bass wants you to retrieve it on any given day.
