urbangler Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Try the launch in Port Deposit. I've never run into problems there. Just be aware that you need to cross an active set of railroad tracks. I believe it was $10 to launch. Quote

urbangler Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 I know you can get a launch permit for there that covers the entire year, but there was always a box at the launch with envelopes. Put your $10 in the envelop, envelop in the box, and stub on your dashboard. Maybe something changed recently that I'm not aware of. Quote
