Dan_the_fisher Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 I broke about 8" out of my m1 casting a rat yesterday, and I went on to there site to see about warranty and saw there was a registry which I didn't do smh. I bought the Rod from tw on 9/8/15 so I have proof of purchase. Has anyone ever delt with them warranty wise? Quote
bassbassontherange Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 They've been great for me. Just fill out the registration, chop up the rod and send them a check with the rod for the amount for the new rod. Usually it's $50-$100. There's a chart on their warranty page that tells you. Their customer service is very good also. Just give them a call if you need, but I think they're M-F. Quote
Super User Big Bait Fishing Posted September 10, 2016 Super User Posted September 10, 2016 one of the top customer service departments in the industry $50 for replacement plus $15 for shipping .... Quote
blckshirt98 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Phenix is amazing - no questions asked warranty, just pay the replacement fee they have listed for your rod. The M1 should also have a lifetime warranty so registration wouldn't matter. Call them if you have any questions but it should be one of the easiest replacements you ever send in. Quote
