Spinner or buzz?

If you had to choose only one, which would you choose a buzz bait or spinner? All water conditions

SPINNERBAITS because you can cover all depths of water in a short period of time and fish a Spinnerbait in all Water Claritys and Light Penetrations. Just have to have different Colors, Blades, Weights and types of Spinnerbaits.

In the last couple years, I have gotten away from spinnerbaits in favor of bladed jigs and swimjigs. At the same time, I have really turned on to buzzbaits in the morning at first light up to when the sun is above the trees/houses, which is when I fish most often.

So I'm afraid I'm going to have to go against the grain: Buzzbait.

I just can't get myself to take off a chatter bait in order to put a spinnerbait on.  I know spinner baits are excellent, but there's just something about a chatter wit that is addictive to me.  

Buzz baits to me are a whole different ball game and if the bass are hitting top water, they are without a doubt my favorite. But, bass aren't always hitting on top so it takes away a lot of the fun.

I love a good buzzbait bite, but if I could only ever use one or the other it would have to be a spinnerbait!

Yup, two different techniques, one is fished on top, the other throughout the water column. Both baits are excellent producers, I fish both equally, but just love the buzzbait getting smashed.

I fish this local lake near my house about 5-6 times a year and last year we killed them on buzz baits almost every time.  Fish of all sizes including several bigger ones.  This year they WILL NOT take a buzz bait.  Its the oddest thing.  So I tie on a spinner bait and that starts producing instead.  For various depth reasons a spinner bait is probably a more versatile lure but I love it when they're going on topwaters (and a buzz bait is a topwater) so I'm going to go with buzz bait as my final answer.

I love fishing a buzzbait. In fact, it's probably my top favorite bait to throw. However, if I'm allowed only one choice for life I'd have to go spinnerbait, simply because I will be able to fish it it more conditions that I would my beloved buzzbait.

I'd rather catch fish on the buzzbait,  but I can catch bass in 18 inches or 40 feet of water on a spinnerbait.

It would be very interesting to see the "Buzzbait" fisherman fish against the "Spinnerbait fisherman on Kentucky Lake during the middle of April to the middle of May. Wonder what the results would end up being?

Spinnerbaits easily, you can cover the entire water column with them whereas you obviously cannot with a buzzbait (I mean if you really want to let a buzzbait sink down 40 feet and give it a try I guess it could be done).

If I have to chose one  for forever, it's the spinner. If you're asking right now what would I take for say tomorrow, it would be the buzz bait.
