The house I am currently renting at college had a canoe in the backyard when we started renting the place.  Well it's been almost 3 year now and the canoe is still there.

I don't think the boat has ever been registered.   There no signs of #'s and in Kansas you don't have to register a boat if you intend to power it by hand.

Would I have any problem selling this thing?

There's your front deck,...Welcome to the LBH fishing team :) lol

Exactly what I was thinking.  Any $$ I gain will be goin directly back into the boat.

Probably a previous renter who decided not to take it with them.

Not sure on the legalities on a canoe and titlement.  Check your local Dept of revenue to get the official word.
