fishn bear Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 I have been looking for a couple of months now at different small boat options for fishing small lakes and the French broad river for small mouth. After reading about some of the jon boat conversions, post on this site and others, I thought that was the way I was going to go. However today I saw a Riverhawk boat online that was much different than anything I have been looking at. Here is the link to where I found it http://www.boatingatlanta.com/riverhawk1.htmI am looking at the 15 foot B-60 pro caster. Does anyone have a Riverhawk boat or ever fished out of one. How stable are they? Are they good boats? Does this look like would be a good boat for small lake fishing? Thanks for the help! Quote
hipster_dufus Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 go to the ga outdoor news forum, there are some for sale and opinions on them Quote
Travlin_Man Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 The Riverhawk is a knock off of the Gheenoe. Go to www.customgheenoe.com and look at the real thing. Quote
Rattlinrogue Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 I really like the looks of the B-60 and the B-60 Procaster.I'd ,for sure, take either over a jon boat.Put a 25 hp outboard and a good FC trolling motor on it,and you're in business. Quote
