I haven't seen much talk about these rods yet. My girlfriend was nice enough to tell me to order a rod for my birthday that's in a few weeks. We split the cost and I picked up a 7'3" mh Cronos. We both like the ardito rods we have so I figured I would try one. I got to try it out for about an hour today. Even though I didn't catch anything I can already tell it's going to be one of my favorites. I tried it out with both 14 lb Sniper and 50 lb power pro. The sensitivity is great and it seems to balance pretty well even with a light reel. It is a little tip heavy but not enough to bother me. The only 2 things that will probably take some getting used to is the smaller guides and the thinner grip but it's no deal breaker for me. I would definitely recommend checking them out. Everyone seems to love pictures so I figure I'll throw a few in. I'll be going on a fishing trip next week and will probably be able to give some more updates on it.

Please excuse the hair. I swear our dog sheds 10 lbs of hair a day.

I've been wanting to try these. Several guys on TT said they were more crisp and sensitive than the tatula rods I really like

Nice combo. I'm thinking about picking up a 2 piece model.

I'd like to get one of the lighter 2 pieces as well. What are some of the better places to look for one? I see them on ebay but that's about it.

On the left is one of my Arditos on the right is the Cronos. The Ardito is approximately .134" in diameter vs .0915" on the Cronos. Sorry not really the best pictures. I hope that helps.

What do you think of this rod? Is it better than the Tatula?
