IDUTBass Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 I haven't seen much talk about these rods yet. My girlfriend was nice enough to tell me to order a rod for my birthday that's in a few weeks. We split the cost and I picked up a 7'3" mh Cronos. We both like the ardito rods we have so I figured I would try one. I got to try it out for about an hour today. Even though I didn't catch anything I can already tell it's going to be one of my favorites. I tried it out with both 14 lb Sniper and 50 lb power pro. The sensitivity is great and it seems to balance pretty well even with a light reel. It is a little tip heavy but not enough to bother me. The only 2 things that will probably take some getting used to is the smaller guides and the thinner grip but it's no deal breaker for me. I would definitely recommend checking them out. Everyone seems to love pictures so I figure I'll throw a few in. I'll be going on a fishing trip next week and will probably be able to give some more updates on it. Please excuse the hair. I swear our dog sheds 10 lbs of hair a day. 1 Quote
timsford Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 I've been wanting to try these. Several guys on TT said they were more crisp and sensitive than the tatula rods I really like Quote
Hogsticker Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 Nice combo. I'm thinking about picking up a 2 piece model. Quote

I'd like to get one of the lighter 2 pieces as well. What are some of the better places to look for one? I see them on ebay but that's about it. 12 minutes ago, Montanaro said: Pics of guides please I will get some pictures after work tonight. Quote
Hogsticker Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 Try Global Rakuten. I believe they spell it Kronos for some reason. Quote
