Anyone have information on this lake? I know its a small body of water and the bass go deep in the summer. Anyone know where I can find some underwater stumps or roadbeds? Any Piney Run fishing related advice would be amazing. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Steep shorelines, lots of grass, lots of pads, and lots of fish (many species).  Many fish are deep but there are fair amount under the pads in shallow water too.  It's small enough to where you can fish the whole lake shallow and deep so it's a good idea to try a little bit of everything (assuming you fish 8+ hours).  There is one main road bed right in the middle of the lake, fairly easy to find on maps.  At least 4 types of grass (plus pads) and it grows all the way out to 16-18 feet in certain places.

We recently had a tournament there with good results, especially considering water temps up to 89 degrees.  No huge bags, but a lot of fish overall.  There were many different techniques that worked and fish were caught from the surface down to 25 feet.  I caught my fish on frogs in the pads and also finesse stuff in mid-depth grass and had a good finish.  I can't give away the other guy's stuff since it isn't mine to give...But everyone's patterns are gone over in detail at our weigh ins, you should look us up...Always open and local ;).

Tournament went well, we didn't place but pulled in a nice 3lb bass deep cranking in about 15 foot of water. I spent most of my time with a Carolina rig dragging the edges of the grass beds. The numbers where there but since it was only biggest bass we missed it by about a pound.
