Kevin Beachy Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Monday morning I fished a lake on my cousins farm. To start of the morning, we threw frogs, but didn't get anything, so we switched to baby brushogs. Baby brushogs have caught piles and piles of bass there, and some big ones to. My friend caught a nice 3lber in one spot, but that spot quit producing, so after fishing around for a while and catching little fish, we started heading back. On my last cast, I cast up against a patch of lily pads and BAM, fish on. He tried rapping me up in all sorts of stuff, but I had 50lb braid for that exact reason. He weighed 6lb 2oz, my biggest of the year. My friends 3lber fit nicely into his mouth 7 Quote
