Super User scaleface Posted August 1, 2016 Super User Posted August 1, 2016 Do any of you use buoys at night ? Quote
Nice_Bass Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 I have...although its been a while lol. I just put reflective tape on them from what I remember. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted August 1, 2016 Super User Posted August 1, 2016 A couple of times, I've attached a small red and white bobber to a sinker to mark a bed during day, and come back to it at night. Otherwise, no, not really. Night fishing for me is generally a shoreline game. Quote
Super User scaleface Posted August 1, 2016 Author Super User Posted August 1, 2016 Maybe I could duct tape a couple of waterproof flashlights to it . Better idea , glow sticks . Quote
Super User Catt Posted August 1, 2016 Super User Posted August 1, 2016 I use buoys when fishing grass beds, when I catch one I'll kick a buoy over, & fish it in an ever increasing circle. I'll pick it up & GPS it. For offshore structure I use my depth finder & anchor off. 45 yrs on Toledo I don't usually need one 1 Quote
Super User WRB Posted August 1, 2016 Super User Posted August 1, 2016 Small glo stick taped to the marker works good. Tom 2 Quote
