Square1 Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 I have been having a brutal time setting up my Lund and any dealer support in the Toronto area (within two hours drive) has been dismal. Bass boats are no problem and there are quite a few talented people around who can set one up. I purchased a new 2005 Lund Mr. Pike 18 with a 25" 150hp Mercury Optimax. I am running a 21p Tempest Plus prop and have my motor mounted one hole up. The 21p is running 49 to 51mph @ 5000 to 5200rpm. This is by no means the right prop but I am purchasing no more props without any direction. So my question is: Has anybody here ever tried a jackplate on a Lund? If so with what results? Anybody with the same boat or similar (heck even aluminum) what kind of set-up are you running? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you and take it easy Urs Duelberg P.S. I know this is no "Bassboat" but try fishing from one and you might be very pleasantly surprised........until you're racing back to check in. ;D Quote
eagleeye299 Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 You might want to try asking about setting up a Lund at www.walleyecentral.com The guys on that sight are used to setting up your type of boat. Quote
